About Phil Arbon

Phil was brought up with a heritage in the bible. He committed himself to the Lord when he was 19 and had a powerful encounter with the Holy Spirit leaving him in no doubt that he had a specific call of God on his life. After he married Julie and started a family they spent several years in an Elim Pentecostal Church in Peterborough, England, as part of the leadership team. During that time he earned a BA degree in Biblical Thoelogy and gained practical leadership experience as a church elder. Having also been trained as a Mechanical Engineer he enjoyed a wide range of roles form engine design to contracts management.

In 1994 Phil was called to Scotland to be a pastor in the Olive Tree Christian Fellowship. Since that time a wider ministry has begun to emerge and he and Julie have now embarked on this new venture of faith. Phil is also an artist. Both he and Julie have a passion for Scotland and love walking in the Highlands.
Phil's bible teaching ministry is appreciated and endorsed by the Scottish Network Churches and the Paisley & District Evangelical Alliance.
